Return & Refund Policy

At BreeyaChadoreWigs, we want every customer to feel confident and beautiful. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, BreeyaChadoreWigs can only accept returns on eligible items:

✔ Eligible for Return

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered wigs

  • Wigs with original lace fully intact (uncut)

  • Items returned in original packaging including tags, hair nets, and accessories

  • Items reported within 7 days of delivery

✘ Not Eligible for Return

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, combed, cut, dyed, or modified

  • Wigs with a cut lace

  • Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, or special-request wigs)

  • Clearance / final-sale items

  • Hair care accessories and products (brushes, glue, sprays, etc.)

2. Return Process

To request a return from BreeyaChadoreWigs:

  1. Email us at Support@BreeyaChadoreWigs.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the unworn wig and packaging

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

Breeya Chadore Wigs offers exchanges on eligible wigs.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue store credit or send out your replacement wig.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item passes inspection.

  • Inspections typically take 2–4 business days after we receive your return.

  • If the item does not meet our return requirements, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item from BreeyaChadoreWigs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

7. Shipping Delays

BreeyaChadoreWigs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues.
However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to help locate your package.
